2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information with the following categories of recipients:

Business transfers. If we're acquired, merged, or restructured, your information may transfer to the acquiring entity under the same protections described here.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. Some uses of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "share" under California law — see Section 8 for opt-out instructions.

4. Automated Calls, SMS, and AI Disclosure

By submitting a project inquiry, you provide express written consent to be contacted by RenovoLocal and our network of contractors via:

  • Automated calls and AI systems. The first call you receive will be from an AI receptionist. The AI will identify itself as automated at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcripts retained for service quality and matching purposes.
  • SMS messages. Including automated SMS for service updates and contractor introductions. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email. Service-related and marketing emails. Each marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.

You may revoke consent for marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications may continue if you have an active project or contractor account.

5. Data Retention

  • Marketing audience data: retained until you opt out, then removed within 30 days from active campaigns

You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).
